Visa Information

Please be aware of the requirements to enter the United Kingdom, as set out by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. For information about the UK visa requirements and application process, please visit http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk. Note that there are ongoing changes to the way visa applications are being handled, so the procedure may be more time consuming than last year.

If you will require a visa to visit the UK, you may need an invitation letter from the OxIMUN Secretariat. If you or members of your delegation require a visa to visit the UK, head delegates should please email admin@oximun.org with the following, for EACH member of your delegation requiring a visa:

• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Passport Number

Once we receive this information, we will send your head delegate an invitation letter for each member of the delegation requiring a visa.
We encourage you to submit this information as soon as possible, through your head delegate. (Alternatively: delegates may of course send their information to the Secretariat directly)
