Welcome to OxIMUN 2012

Thank you to everyone who attended OxIMUN 2011. We hope that those delegates who joined us last year will reapply for this year's session of OxIMUN.

The X^th session of the Oxford International Model United Nations conference will be held in the colleges and buildings of the University of Oxford between Friday 2^nd and Sunday 4^th November 2012. As always, we will bring you debate of the highest standards along with illustrious socials; all in the surroundings of a university which is over 900 years old.

The Secretariat aim to make OxIMUN 2012 better than ever before with over 500 delegate places available for university students from all around the world. Such diversity and range of personal experience is one of the many things that make OxIMUN unique and brings a wide range of insight into the committee rooms. As well as delegates, we are looking to recruit chairs, staff and a press team to ensure that we have the best people running the conference for you. As the conference takes place in the beautiful and historic surroundings of Oxford, known for its pursuit of academic excellence and scholarly traditions, we can assure you that it will be unforgettable.
